TRICHOCEREUS HYBRID 'LEUCHTFEUER' AKA 'BEACON OF LIGHT' Blooming Cactus Plant

Trichocereus hybrid 'Leuchtfeuer' Has a 6" to 7"+ diameter bloom in a contrast of vivid colors with inner petals bright red-violet colored and a bright yellow base that narrows 1/3 of petal, then streaks or bleeds into remainder of petals 2/3rds. Occasionally a very bright yellow narrow mid stipe continues all the way to the petal tips, wide rounded petals with a pinched tip, re curving petal form. Next row same. Throat has a ring of chartreuse, dark violet pistol and cream stigma, yellow to cream anthers and stamens.  Hybridized by Autenrieth of Germany.

Notes : The name of this hybrid translates from German to English meaning; "Beacon of Light". Growth is sturdy averaging 6" to 8" diameter to 18"+ tall.
