Rare HILDEWINTERA HYBRID 'HUMKES RORO' Blooming Cactus Plant

Hildewintera hybrid 'HUMKES RO-RO' Has 3-1/2"+ diameter blooms with short inner petals colored pink-rose to purple-pink, faint apricot-yellow mid stripe near throat, semi-funnel form, slightly ruffled petal edges. Outer petals are long, narrow and recurving in apricot-yellow to yellow-tan with some narrow edges of purple pink and occasionally purplish to pink streaks on a few of the petals. Filaments are rose colored with cream colored anthers and stigma. Hybridized by Heinrich Humke. Notes: Good grower, purple-pink coloring can streak into outer yellow petals depending on light & fertilizer given. Very beautiful blooms especially when the purplish colorings streak into the outer petals. Growth is very thick up to 4" inches or (10 to 11 cm) in diameter on average, not typical Hildewintera hybrid type growth, more like an Echinopsis hybrid in growth form with thicker stem growth. Best grown in a pot upright instead of a hanging basket. Growth: Stem growth is dark green 3" to 4"+ diameter, multi ribbed with 16-18 ribs on average. Spines are very short, dark brown with white colorings behind in the aerioles.
