'First Light' is a showstopper — and this is the large specimen, standing 8–10"+ tall and already well-rooted. A cross of Echinopsis 'Diehls Hybrid' × Trichocereus 'Newlands Orange', hybridized by renowned U.S. hybridizer Mark Dimmitt, this plant is as pedigreed as they come.
Its 5"+ blooms open in a tight rosette form: light pink inner petals with a darker pink midstripe, each consecutive row deepening in color until the back petals are almost entirely dark pink — with a warm yellow throat running into the innermost row. Blooms freely during warmer months and pups easily, making it a fantastic addition to any serious collection.
