Trichocereus Hybrid 'Magic Eyes' — Rare Large 6"+ Color-Shifting Blooming Cactus

'Magic Eyes' lives up to its name — this rare Trichocereus hybrid from Klaus-Peter Mügge of Germany (Hyb. #MEX 574-2) produces 6"+ blooms that transform dramatically from day to day. On day one, the wide, ruffled inner petals open in yellow to dark orange with pinkish edges; by the next day they've softened to an overall lighter pink with faint orange tones. Even the buds are magical — covered in woolly golden-bronze hair-like fuzz until just before they open.

This large, well-rooted plant is 6 inches tall, blooms profusely at 16"+ in height, and is a reliable offset producer — naturally generating 3–4+ pups each growing season.
